What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee covers conference attendance. Thank you to our sponsors for providing continental breakfast and lunch.

When does registration close?
Registration ends Monday, September 30, 2013.

Will you accommodate late registrations after September 30?
We will be accepting walk-in registrations the day-of the conference. The walk-in registration fee is $150 per person, per day. There will be a $20 discount for those who register for both days. Payment by check or cash will be required for walk-in registrations.

Can I register more than one person at a time?
No, you can only register one person at a time.

Can I submit a registration form for someone else?
Yes, please note that the email field on the registration form allows for more than one email to be submitted. Please use a comma to separate more than one email address.

Is there a discount for group registration?
No, but we are offering an early-bird discount of $90 per person, per day until June 30, 2013.  If you register for both days, you will receive a $20 discount. 
Beginning July 1, the conference registration fee is $120 per person, per day.  If you register for both days, you will receive a $20 discount.

I only want to attend for half-day, is there a special rate?
No, we are not offering half-day rates for this event.

Can parents and students attend and is there a special rate?
Yes, this event is open to the public. While we encourage parents and students to attend, there is no special rate.

How can I sign-up to be a speaker at this conference?
Featured and concurrent speakers are confirmed and we no longer have space available.

How can I be sure my registration was received?
When you complete the online registration form, the final page will show your confirmed registration, and we encourage you to print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email address(es) you entered on the form summarizing your registration information. Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive the email notification promptly.
